- What counts as a submission?
- Every accepted form post. Spam that we block for you doesn't count towards your limit.
- Do I need multiple sites or clients?
- No. One site is fine — sign up, create a form, and go. Add workspaces when you take on more projects or client sites.
- What counts as a site?
- A workspace with its own forms, inbox, and settings. Your first site is created automatically when you register.
- Can I manage client projects?
- Yes. Each workspace is isolated. Pro raises the site limit and adds white-label email and client inbox invites.
- Do you take a cut of anything?
- No. Senduler is a flat subscription billed in USD. If you bill clients for forms, that's entirely your business.
- What happens if I hit my limit?
- New submissions are paused until the next period or you upgrade. Your existing data is never touched.
- Can I cancel or switch billing?
- Manage your subscription anytime via the Stripe customer portal from Settings.
